Where do you ship?We ship worldwide! Please select your destination country at checkout to find your delivery options.

How long does shipping take?We use Royal Mail for Standard (2-5 days) and 48-hour delivery. All UK orders placed Monday to Friday before 7pm (GMT) are dispatched the same day, while non-UK orders are sent the next working day. Custom jewellery may require a longer delivery time on a case-by-case basis, so please get in touch for details. During holidays or sales, delivery times may vary, and courier delays could occur. We’ll keep you updated on any issues.

I've entered my shipping address wrong, can I change it?We should be able to update your shipping address if the order hasn't been dispatched. Please get in touch as soon as possible through our contact form or via our socials, and we'll look into it for you. Note: If the product has already been dispatched, we won’t be able to make any changes.

Returns PolicyWe do not accept returns unless the product is faulty. If you believe your item is defective, please contact us to arrange a return. Faulty items must be returned unworn and in their original packaging. Once received, we process returns within 7 working days, and any refunds will be issued within 6 working days from that point. Please note, original shipping charges are non-refundable, and we cannot refund duties, taxes, or shipping charges.

I Received an Incorrect Item, What Should I do?For all instances of incorrect items, please contact us at silverandsurf@yahoo.com with your order number and images of the item received and our customer service team will resolve this for you.
